Taylor Cat Makes a Quilt

OK, every once in a while, I just have to do it! Take pictures of my cat making a quilt, that is. Her name is Taylor and she is an art quilter. The following pictures prove that. I also once had a cat that did sit-ups with me but unfortunately I have no pictures to prove that. (I think if you click on a picture, it will enlarge, but you never know about blogger). Oh, and she would appreciate any comments you want to make about her work or techniques.

LOL! Now you know...Taylor Cat is my studio cat. She always makes the decisions around here. But labor cost is cheap...she only requires treats for her work.(Salmon and chicken flavored...ugh!)I have to have chocolate!

I used to think that a person couldn't quilt without the company of a cat. But--have at least one quilter friend with a dog! I just can't understand that!

Taylor is one great art quilter. I've got two studio helpers and I don't know what I'd do without them.

Taylor keeps such a neat and tidy study! I could learn a lot from Taylor. By the way, is she available for the feline lecture tour?

Oh Taylor, your mommy is such a wonderful teacher. You BOTH do BEAUTIFUL work. Vivian, is it possible to teach an old cat new tricks? My Subway could use something to do in his retirement years. He's getting old and lazy, I think a new hobby might be just what he needs!

Miss you----Cheryl
