(Ladder #1)
I am finished with this quilt! And I can't wait to start another one for the series. If you scroll down to November 7th post below, you can read how this one came about and see my final revisions in the one above. It all started with a stamp that I carved. The size is 9" x 22 1/2". I added more quilting lines after I found more of the same black thread and rearranged the squares falling.
And today is.....Happy Birthday to my good friend, Susan! She's an amazing artist!

Fabulous quilt! I love its simplicity and energy. And you chose just the right "paint chips".
Thank you, Diana, for your kind words! I used my hand dyed fabrics for the "paint chips".
It's terrific! I'm looking forward to the series.
This is a great graphic quilt. I like the way you rearranged the chips; I think it's better than the previous arrangement. Looking forward to more.
I love this! I am working on a series of ladder quilts also..totally different from yours but it is a form I think I can do a lot with. I have several finished and more in my head. Nice work! Katy
Thanks for the nice comments! This is a fun series to create.
